PROGRESS Chapter 1: In the Beginning

Noam Dar vs. El Ligero: ***
Solid opening match. Dar was quite inexperienced here, but still decent. Ligero was fantastic. Easy to watch. Ligero wins.

Nathan Cruz vs. Colossus Kennedy: **
Nothing special, but a decent match. Kennedy is good for a man of his size, and Cruz worked well as a heel. Cruz wins. Continue reading PROGRESS Chapter 1: In the Beginning

PROGRESS Chapter 2: The March of Progress

The Lion Kid vs. Stixx: **1/2
Solid opener. Crowd liked The Lion Kid a lot. Stixx played the heel well. Lion Kid wins.

Mike Hitchman vs. Mark Andrews: ****
This match was awesome. Andrews showed that he was an absolutely excellent wrestler way back in 2012 too. Hitchman was also very good. Hitchman hit a horrifying Package Piledriver at one point. After avoid a second, Andrews cradled him and got the pin. Continue reading PROGRESS Chapter 2: The March of Progress

PROGRESS Chapter 3: Fifty Shades of Pain

Noam Dar vs. Paul Robinson: **3/4
Dar is again mediocre in this match. He does a great job getting the crowd to hate him, but I haven’t truly enjoyed one of his matches yet. I hope that changes as time goes on. Dar wins after a few minutes with a knee bar. Continue reading PROGRESS Chapter 3: Fifty Shades of Pain

PROGRESS Chapter 4: The Ballad of El Ligero

The opening video for this chapter, hyping up the match between Ligero and Cruz was so awesome. Ligero came across as an anti-hero type character, and it immediately made me want him to win.

London Riots vs Hunter Brothers: ***
This one probably went a little too long, but the London Riots beat the Hunter Brothers all over the ring for the duration of this match. There were brief moments where the Hunter’s got a comeback, but it didn’t last long. London Riots win. Continue reading PROGRESS Chapter 4: The Ballad of El Ligero
